Our lockers seamlessly integrate with your existing systems, thanks to our web-based order management interface, enabling smooth and complete automation.
Can Smart Lockers be installed outdoors ?
Our lockers are primarily installed indoors, but we also offer models designed for outdoor use. These outdoor units are made of metal, have a unique look, and are specially built to withstand various weather conditions.
What is the installation time for Smart Lockers ?
Depending on the configurations you choose for your locker, we can install and make it operational in as little as one hour. It can be plugged into a standard outlet and connected to your Internet via network cable or Wi-Fi.
What type of customer support is offered after installation ?
You won't often need us! But if you do, our programmers and technicians are here to assist you with any technical issue you may encounter. For physical issues, our team will intervene within 2 to 7 business days, depending on the severity : 2 days for major issues and up to 7 days for minor ones. For software or IT issues, we are often able to resolve them remotely.
What is the security level of Smart Lockers ?
Medications, packages, mail, meals, tools, or other items can be securely stored inside the smart locker. Only authorized users can open it using an electronic code, RFID chip, magnetic card, barcode, or QR code.
