Our lockers are designed for high reliability. In the event of an issue, our support team intervenes quickly, either remotely or on-site. Orders remain accessible, and the security of the contents is ensured at all times.
Each compartment is individually locked. Only the authorized customer can access their order with their unique code, or an employee using the user interface. Full traceability ensures rigorous tracking of every pickup.
Depending on the configurations you choose for your shipping and receiving locker, we can install it and have it operational in as little as an hour. It can be plugged into a standard outlet and connected to your internet via a network cable or Wi-Fi.
The interface is intuitive and requires no training for the end user. We support you in communicating with your clientele and help you maximize the adoption rate from the very first weeks.
Our lockers are designed to integrate with existing management systems or to operate using our own interface. During the needs analysis, we identify integration points and configure the solution accordingly.
You won't need us often! But if you do, our programmers and technicians are here to help, regardless of the technical issue you encounter. For physical issues, our team will intervene within 2 to 7 business days, depending on the severity: 2 days for a major problem and 7 days for a minor one. In the event of an IT issue, we are often able to resolve it remotely.
